Ttimo at id has posted an update to the os x client, patch & full build torrents here:

ET-OSX-2.60c-to-2.60d.dmg

Wolfenstein ET.2.60d.dmg

Should fix any punkbuster issues. Will have a crack at this over the weekend I think!
